Today in the United States there is a continuously growing ethnic market. According to the U.S. Census Bureau there are 75 million people included in this market. Currently, non-Caucasian or people of color are growing at nearly twice that of other consumer segments. At the same time the growth in health and beauty care is being driven by a 235% increase in sales to ethnic consumers, as more products become tailored to the unique needs of people of color.

Identity Products Ltd. recently announced the introduction of Ebon-Aide TM Brand first-aid strips. Ebon-Aide TM first-aid strips come in three different sizes and five shades: Licorice, Mocha, Coffee, Cinnamon and Honey.

"WE wanted to create imagery around the idea that culturally and ideologically, not everyone wants or has a desire to use a pink bandage". Simply put, "Bandages are getting a new Identity" and are now "made in your shade TM".

Identity Products Ltd. is in its distribution stage for Ebon-Aide TM adhesive bandages. Ebon-Aide TM first-aid strips will be offered nationally through drug, grocery, chain , and mass marketers. "From a cosmetic point-of-view, we see Ebon-Aide TM first aid strips as an item that is long overdue. We’ve done in a bandage what cosmetics companies did by recognizing people of color a decade or so ago when they began creating foundations and colors to complement darker skin tones."

Identity Products Ltd. is committed to introducing a number of high-quality products for people of color under the Ebon-Aide TM banner. This first-aid strip is sensitive to the fact that people come in different shades. Even Caucasian men and women are different shades. Ebon-Aide TM is the only product on the market today that actually "conceals as you heal" TM.

From simple things that you might not have thought of, like being able to wear one of the Ebon-Aide TM spots under a stocking nearly transparent, to a man’s neck after he’s cut himself shaving without drawing undue attention, to issues of self-esteem for children; once we considered all of the possibilites and the correctness of this product, we knew that we had a winner.
